While the elements of our products come from a variety of different countries, all of our products are certified organic and are tested for purity before being used.

Is this product intended for children?
No, at this time all of our products are formulated for adults. Children should not consume this product due to different dosage requirements.

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we only accepting payments through Indigogo, please click the banner at the top for Nootropical products.
My credit card won't go through, what is wrong?
If you are in certain countries outside the United States, there may be a delay in purchasing due to restrictions in-place by your cardholder. Please contact your cardholder for more information.
I would like to buy your products in bulk, wholesale, or for resale, how do I do that?

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout time. Items will be combined if ordered in quantities greater than one.
How long does it take to ship?
All orders are shipped by the next business day excluding holidays and/or disasters. Shipping times vary based on location, however, customers in the Midwest generally get their items in 3 business days.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number was sent in the original order confirmation email that you used during checkout. If you cannot access this email or cannot find this email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be glad to help.
Do you take returns?
Nootropicals.com does not accept any returns of items opened or used. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Customs has charged me a fee, why was this not included in my shipping cost?
Customs fees and duties are difficult to assess for all the different countries that our products are sent to. It is up to the customer to determine what they owe in customs fees or duties charged.
My order was seized by customs, can I get a refund?
We are not liable for any action taken by customs. While our products are usually legal in all countries, it is up to the customer to find out whether our products are legal in their country.
